About Isaiah Henry.
Isaiah Henry, founder of First Position Real Estate, has over 5 years of experience in the real estate industry with a specific focus on helping government employees build wealth and retire early through investing in real estate investing. Isaiah’s passion for community development has been illustrated through his previous experience in law enforcement and emergency services as both a Police Officer and Ambulance Communication Officer. Isaiah's mission to build up future generations by providing his investment partners a solid foundation for generational wealth.
The Community.
First Position Real Estate is focused on building positive communities for future generations. Through our student co-op program, our post secondary scholarship fund and our local investor partnerships we are able to build strong ties within out community and truly support the idea of generational wealth.
What We Do.
At First Position Real Estate we source and acquire distressed, mismanaged or under-rented small multi family properties and add value to them by way of strategic renovations, automated management and rental increase translating into generational wealth for our investment partners.
